Handmade Characteristics
Our jewellery is entirely handmade, meaning slight variations, such as tiny air bubbles or minor blemishes, may occur. These natural imperfections are part of the unique charm of handcrafted items and are not considered faults.
Like all things, our jewellery may experience natural wear over time. While we use high-quality materials, fading or aging is a normal occurrence and not a defect.
Product Appearance & Materials
- Color Variation: Colors may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in monitor settings and lighting. We strive to represent our products accurately, but slight color differences are not considered faults.
- Brass Elements: Some designs include brass components, which may develop a natural patina over time when exposed to air. This is a normal characteristic of brass and can be easily polished to restore its shine. Tarnishing is not considered a defect.

- Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process, pack and ship your order. (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Handmade items may take additional processing time, which will be indicated on the product page.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship using Australia Post and/or Sendle, depending on the most efficient method for your order.
Standard shipping (3-7 days)
- Orders under $60: $10 shipping cost
- Orders above $60: $5 shipping cost
- Orders above $100: FREE Shipping
Express shipping (1-3 days)
- All orders: $14 shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or peak periods like holidays).

- If your order is delayed for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
- If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts will incur a reshipping fee based on the original shipping method.

7. How are your earrings made?
Each piece is handcrafted with love and care by me. I design, sculpt, bake, sand, assemble, and finish each earring by hand, ensuring a high-quality, unique product.
8. Will my earrings look exactly like the ones in the pictures?
Because every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur in color, shape, or pattern. These small differences make each item one of a kindand are not considered defects.
9. Why do the colors look different on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We do our best to accurately represent each product, but minor variations are normal.
10. Do brass elements tarnish over time?
Yes, brass naturally tarnishes when exposed to air. This is not a defect and can be easily cleaned with a soft polishing cloth or brass cleaner.
11. Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, we primarily focus on ready-to-ship designs. However, feel free to contact us if you have a special request!
