 5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." Please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
• If your order is delayed for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

 6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

• If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
• Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts will incur a reshipping fee based on the original shipping method.

• Brass Elements: Some designs include brass components, which may develop a natural patina over time when exposed to air. This is a normal characteristic of brass and can be easily polished to restore its shine. Tarnishing is not considered a defect.

1. Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Our Everyday Luxe Collection features carefully selected premium components, including surgical stainless steel, sterling silver and gold plated stainless steel, with materials clearly listed in each product description.

Many of our handmade earrings were created over several years using a variety of quality jewellery findings. Whenever material information is available, it is included in the product description. As new collections are released, we continue to expand the range featuring premium hypoallergenic materials.

2. Are polymer clay earrings flexible or fragile?

Polymer clay is lightweight yet durable. While it has slight flexibility, excessive bending or force may cause breakage. Please handle with care and avoid dropping your earrings.

3. Do your products contain resin?

Some designs may incorporate resin details for added gloss or embellishments. If a product contains resin, it will be noted in the description.

4. What materials do you use?

Our earrings are handcrafted using high-quality polymer clay. The findings (hooks, posts, and connectors) vary by design and may include:

• 316 Stainless Steel — durable, rust-resistant, and hypoallergenic
• 304 Stainless Steel with premium gold coating — hypoallergenic with a long-lasting gold finish
• 925 Sterling Silver — hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin
• Brass — used in some designs, particularly intricate and detailed pieces where stainless steel is not available in the required style

5. How do I care for my earrings?

To keep your earrings looking their best:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals
• Store in a dry place, preferably in the pouch or box provided
• Brass findings may develop a natural patina or change appearance over time, especially with exposure to moisture, sweat, or perfume. This is a characteristic of the metal and cannot always be reversed. To extend the life of brass pieces, keep them dry and store them away from humidity.
• Handle polymer clay pieces with care to avoid bending or dropping.

6. Are your earrings nickel-free?

Our stainless steel and sterling silver findings are nickel-free. Brass findings may contain trace amounts of metals that could cause reactions in people with nickel or metal allergies. If you have known metal sensitivities, we recommend choosing pieces from our Everyday Luxe collection, which uses only stainless steel or sterling silver findings.

All our jewellery is handmade in Perth, Australia.

8. How are your earrings made?

Each piece is handcrafted with love and care by me. I design, sculpt, bake, sand, assemble, and finish each earring by hand, ensuring a high-quality, unique product.

9. Will my earrings look exactly like the ones in the pictures?

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur in color, shape, or pattern. These small differences make each item one of a kind and are not considered defects.

10. Why do the colors look different on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting. We do our best to accurately represent each product, but minor variations are normal.

11. How long will my earrings last?

With proper care, our polymer clay earrings are very durable. Stainless steel and sterling silver findings are highly resistant to tarnishing and corrosion. Brass findings are also durable but may develop a natural patina over time. Avoid exposing any earrings to water, sweat, or chemicals to extend their lifespan.
